A Biotechnology Summer Worksop for High School Science Teachers
During the week, teachers sharpen their skills by working in world class laboratories, at the Bio Research and Development Growth (BRDG) Park, located at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center Campus.
Participants can expect to look into a variety of biotechnology and life sciences topics and hands-on activity such as DNA extractions, gel electrophoresis, PCR, bioinformatics, and much more!
Lunch is free each day to the participants. Teachers will receive a stipend of $500 and $500 of classroom equipment after attending the entire workshop.
