Denise Gregory comes to the ISP from Hot Springs, Arkansas, where she taught at the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences and the Arts – a public, residential high school for academically advanced juniors and seniors. At the same time, she worked as a computer science specialist for the state of Arkansas, mentoring teachers and developing computer science curriculum.
Denise grew up in Texas and that’s where she started her teaching career. Early on, she was a national math and science instructor for the organization Teachers Teaching with Technology (T³). She spent many years as a math instructor at the University of Tennessee, where she earned her master’s degree in math. She has a bachelor’s degree in math and computer science.
